How to wear

1. Peel off the protective film from the adhesive side.
2. With the curved “heart” indentation facing upward, stick the inner edge of the pad to the underside of your breast or to the inside of your bra/swimsuit cup.
3. Attach the outer edge in the same way and adjust both sides until they are symmetrical and comfortable.

Care instructions

• Hand‑wash only. Gently rub the adhesive side with mild soap and water.
• Rinse thoroughly, then air‑dry with the adhesive side up.
• After drying, cover again with the protective film to keep the adhesive clean and sticky for next use.
